Registration
Pre-registration is recommended for fee events and mu st be
postmarked by April 27. A registration table will be open for check-in Friday from 7am to 3pm
at the Grays Harbor NWR Office on Airport Way, and then from4pm to 7pm
at Festival Headquarters. Registration continues at Festival
Headquarters Saturday from 7:30am to 5:00pm,
and Sunday from 8:30am to 4pm. All registration packets will
be available for pick-up at the registration table.
Location
On Friday, until 3pm, events start or are located at the Grays Harbor NWR office on Airport Way. On Friday (after 4pm), Saturday, and Sunday events start or are located at the Festival Headquarters, Hoquiam High School in
Hoquiam.
Meals
Lunch items will be for sale at the Festival Headquarters
on Saturday. Field trip participants may order box lunches
using the registration form. A banquet
will be held at The Elks in Hoquiam on Saturday evening; seating is limited
and pre-registration is recommended.
Lodging
Festival participants may make lodging arrangements directly with area providers. For lodging information call: Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. 800.321.1924 . For lodging at the beaches call Ocean Shores Chamber of Commerce 800.76BEACH or Westport-Grayland Chamber of Commerce at 800.345.6223.
Weather - Clothing
Western Washington weather is unpredictable at this time of year. Plan for wet and cool. Layers, raingear, and boots are recommended. The trail at Grays Harbor NWR is a hard surface and does not require special footwear.

Member Sheila McCartan at (360) 753-9467. The Sandpiper Trail at Grays Harbor NWR is fully
accessible.

- Pre-registration must be postmarked by April 27th. Reservations will be filled in the order in which payment is received. Registration will be taken at the time of the event as space permits. Registrations received by April 27th will be confirmed by e-mail.
- Prices are per person, per event. There is no registration fee other than the fee for each event.
